Gourmet dinners
Gourmet evenings are generally organized on Friday in winter starting at 18.00. Part of the evening is the meeting of excellent food with a good wine, in presence of the sommelier from participating wineries. The food is always prepared from fresh ingredients and the evening is usually devoted to one species of our fish (carp, catfish, walleye, sturgeon, salmon, etc.) or wild animal (deer, wild boar, mouflon, roe deer, pheasant, lamb, rabbit and so on.)
Follows: drink, appetizer, soup, main course and the dessert three ways. Every meal is served with 1 dl of wine, which was selected in collaboration with the sommeliers. For loyal subscribers, every 5-th evening is for free. Participation is reserved for dinner.
